Inviting your team and assigning roles

The default role for anyone you invite. Can record checks and maintenance events, and see everything read-only — sites, lines, machines, history, alerts. Can’t change sites, lines, machines, fluids, corrective actions, billing, or organization settings.

Everything a Technician can do, plus managing sites, lines, machines, fluids, corrective actions, billing, and organization settings — including inviting and removing team members.

Under Settings, administrators see a Team section for inviting new members, changing someone’s role, or removing access. A Technician doesn’t see this section at all — it’s not just disabled for them, it’s not shown.
